Chocolate Tahini Easter Eggs

Easter is right around the corner. So let's get a little fancy :)

What You Will Need:

3 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, melted

½ cup of tahini

2 tsp of coconut oil

1 tsp of salt

Unsweetened or sweetened coconut flakes

Method-

Place a parchment-lined baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill. Mix chocolate, tahini, coconut oil, and salt in a medium bowl with a rubber spatula. Chill until firm for about 15 minutes or pour the mixture into an Easter egg mold if you have one.

If you are hand making the egg shape, scoop the chocolate mixture by heaping a spoonful (or bit more depending on size you'd like) and roll into an egg shape. Place on baking sheet.

If you are using an egg mold, remove the halves out of the mold. In order to create the egg, melt a bit more chocolate to bind the halves together. Place on baking sheet.

Chill for 5 minutes, then roll in coconut flakes to coat. Chill for 10 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
