Delicious Dairy Free Dressing for Your Favorite Salad

Many of my clients opt for a dairy-free dressing as a healthier choice. A tasty dairy-free Green Goddess dressing can be made using Cocojune plain yogurt for its creamy texture and fresh herbs for flavor. Combine Cocojune yogurt, lemon juice, and fresh herbs such as parsley, mint, and basil, with capers, shallots, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Adjust the consistency with cold water as needed. This dressing is not only free from dairy but also vegan, making it an excellent choice for salads or as a vegetable dip.
